My Coaching Mission:
I aim to provide athletes with the opportunity to reach their full athletic potential through quality coaching and guidance; and to provide positive, enjoyable sporting experiences that will encourage individuals to pursue an active, healthy lifestyle for many years to come.
My Coaching Philosophy:
All young athletes should be encouraged to enjoy their training and have fun, while striving to achieve personal improvement. A multilateral, broad-based training approach that promotes sustained long-term development should be emphasized. Early specialization that focuses on obtaining quick results or training an athlete up for a particular event, should be avoided.

Regular/Weekly Squad Coaching Sessions
These group sessions are for athletes who are able to commit to attend a session on a regular day and at a regular time each week.

“Pop Up” Coaching Clinics
These clinics have no standard day, time or topic; those people who register their interest with me receive notification as to when the next clinic will take place and what the session will cover. There is no regular weekly commitment and no obligation to attend all or any of the sessions once on the mailing list.

One-on-one casual sessions
I offer one-on-one coaching sessions at a mutually agreed upon time and venue.

Club Coaching
I can attend your club to coach your athletes at your venue for a “one-off”, series or season of sessions. I can attend:
- Little Athletics centres to coach a variety of track & field events
- Other sporting clubs to coach sprinting, acceleration, etc.
